Why is it important?

Ukraine has entered the process of negotiating its membership in the European Union, which is accompanied by the harmonization of Ukraine’s energy law and regulation with the EU. This is a new and challenging process that requires synchronization of efforts of many institutions and a deep understanding of European law, policy-making and implementation processes.

Solution

In close cooperation with practicing lawyers, Ukrainian and international experts in the field of EU energy law, we have developed a course that explains in an accessible way and provides tools for synchronizing Ukrainian and European legislation.

The balance of EU law theory and practice

The program combines the study of EU law theory with the practical application of this knowledge in Ukraine. You will also have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with other participants.

Flexible format and convenient class times

You will be able to study whenever it is convenient for you, as online materials will be available at the beginning of each week. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the teachers on Saturday of each week.

Practical project

You will be able to apply your knowledge and experience in the energy sector as part of a group project.
