How long is the course?
2 days of training include:
- introductory session;
- individual work on a case with an individual task;
- moderated negotiations;
Day 1 will be dedicated to the introductory part, reading the case and distribution of roles. At this stage, customers get to know each other and the further plan of the game. By the end of the day, each player must complete an individual task, read the case, fill out a list of arguments, and discuss it in a group.
Day 2 will be dedicated to practice, particularly negotiations with the facilitator. Case study will take place here. The active phase of the discussion will be around the dilemmas set by the moderator of the negotiations. Each player will have the opportunity to improve their negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The day ends with a feedback session and an experience exchange.
